The real problem

Effort is trained. Defensive intelligence isn't.

Most defending is “run, press, recover” — players aren't guided to read body orientation, space or the next pass.

From 1v1 to 3v3, the small details that win duels are coached without intention.

High press, mid block, low block — each offers a different advantage, but teams defend them all the same way.

Master connects 1v1–3v3 with high press, mid block and low block — so players adapt their defending to the zone, situation and structure, not to a position on paper.

The top of the Defend path

Where Master sits

Foundations reads the 1v1. Advanced scales to 1v1→3v3. Master connects it all — individual, collective and formation.

What's inside

Three pillars, one defensive system

Individual Defensive Principles 1v1 → 3v3

The base: train the cues that decide every duel.

  • Pressing player + covering defender, in sync
  • Game situations 1v1 · 1v2 · 2v2 · 2v3 · 3v3
Collective Defensive Principles the block

Organise the team through clear principles across the field:

  • High press — set the trap, force the long ball
  • Mid block — patience & pressure, block inside passes
  • Low block, cross defense & delay-and-recover transitions
Formation vs Formation the edge

Adjust your structure to exploit defensive advantages against any system — with a full practical case (1-3-4-3): wide CBs, matching wingbacks to fullbacks, pressure on the first line.

Questions

Do I need Foundations or Advanced first?
No — Master contains the levels below it. Foundations builds the 1v1 base and Advanced scales it from the 1v1 to the 3v3, and both are inside Master, which then adds the collective blocks and formation vs formation. Buying the path level by level costs more than going straight to Master.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime. You buy it once and it stays in your account, including anything added to the course later.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes — six monthly payments of $199 instead of $1,097 up front. Same course, same lifetime access.
How long does it take to go through?
Around 25 weeks at roughly 30 minutes of study per week — 52 lessons and over 13 hours of video. You can go faster; the access doesn't expire.
What age group or format is it for?
It's built around defensive references and blocks rather than an age band. What changes between 7v7 and 11v11 is the space, not the cue the defender has to read.
What if it isn't what I expected?
Email within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back. You can also watch a free preview before deciding.
